Help planning a diet menu plan. help please.

I want to go on a diet but I need help planning a menu. Can anyone list a few things I could eat for each meal and how much calories each meal is? I want to eat breakfast, a snack after breakfast, lunch, a snack before dinner, dinner. I want to eat about 1600 calories a day. I don’t drink soda. I love fruits and veggies. I would also consider the 5 or 6 small meals a day. I want to get all my nutrients and everything I need. I am 17 years old if that is important. Please help. Thank you.
